Memento

Memento is a thriller film written and directed by Christopher Nolan. This is a story of a man who suffer from short-term memory loss, trying to find out who murdered his wife. To remind himself the clues, he tattooed the essential information on his body and took photos for everyone he had met. The story line is presented as two sections and proceeds alternatively, one is told forward in time while the other is told backwards, so the film ends in the middle of the whole tale. The audience have to gather each bit of the scenes by themself for the special narrative mechanism, just as the role did in film, and this is the most interesting part for me.
