Kurt的出現結束了80年代的hard rock、heavy metal
(這時期後來是真的產了一堆垃圾和芭樂金曲)
帶起90年代前期grunge風潮
由陽剛轉為消沉憂鬱
搞得人人都要極端焦慮一樣, 將快樂、享受生活定罪

英國也受不了,就算要搞也要搞專屬英國的憂鬱
於是Blur,Suede率先出頭
而後加入Oasis,Pulp,Supergrass等形成Britpop勢力
然後是Radiohead,The Verve,Travis,Coldplay

我想我大概是怪咖吧,我並不喜歡Britpop
至少廣為人知大紅大紫的這幾個都不喜歡
雖然有著朗朗上口的旋律
但總有種流於重複的單調性
及後來過於頹靡自溺的情感
